A dojo to start and continue
Gairinkai is a Karate-Do Goju Ryu dojo Downtown Curitiba. Training combines technique, breathing, mobility, discipline and respect for each practitioner's pace. No experience, specific fitness level or ideal age is required to start.
The first class is a free trial. You get to know the mat, the Sensei, the methodology and the group before deciding whether to continue.
